Meet Packer.

Tucked into Alpine Meadows in Wanaka, this architecturally designed home was a full design + build project from empty section to move-in day. We worked alongside a local architect from the very first sketch, then built it ourselves, start to finish.

The brief called for something low-maintenance but not plain: curved feature walls and wooden trim that soften every room they touch, a self-contained studio with a loft above it and an indoor-outdoor flow built for Wanaka's hot summers and long winters. It's the kind of home that photographs well and lives even better.

Construction was completed in May 2026. It's now finished, handed over and exactly the kind of project we'd love to take on again — for you, on your own site.
